Please note: Pool heat incurs an additional fee per week. Pool heaters in private homes are securely locked, and any adjustments must not be tampered with, as they are monitored by the pool company. The maximum heat temperature setting is 86°F, which may not always be achieved. In colder weather conditions, water temperatures may drop and take longer to warm up. Pool heaters will automatically shut down if temperatures become too cold. While every effort is made to maintain specified pool temperatures, weather conditions may impact the actual temperature. Additionally, outdoor spas are not hot tubs and require heat at an extra cost, typically set at the same temperature as the pool. In the event of pool equipment malfunction during your stay, repairs will be expedited as quickly as possible. Please be aware that swimming pools may need to be temporarily closed for maintenance, and no refunds or rent adjustments will be made for such circumstances.
