A wall of windows offers you stunning views of the Bay. The living area is perfect for relaxing and spending time with your loved ones with its open living and dining space and comfortable seating.
The kitchen is stocked with all the modern appliances you will need to prepare delicious meals at home. It features luxurious countertops, a large island with breakfast bar seating, and a dining room with table for 8. Whether you prefer to cook a full meal or grab a quick snack, you will find everything you need in this beautiful kitchen.
On this main floor you will find the first two master suites, a convenient powder room and even a pool table! Hang out and play pool in the billiards room complete with wet bar and beverage fridge. Both bedrooms are equipped with comfortable king-size beds, cable TV and luxurious ensuite bathrooms. There is even a desk for dedicated work from home space.
Upstairs, two more bedrooms are waiting to welcome you with plenty of natural light and stunning views. Outside the bedrooms there is another bonus room with wet bar where you can relax on the sectional sofa and catch a movie, or just take in the amazing water views outside the sliding doors. Kids will love the fun bunk room that sleeps up to 4 people and features its own ensuite bathroom with double vanity and bathtub/shower combo. Parents can stay close by in the king suite across the hall.
For even more spectacular views of the bay, head up to the rooftop deck. This private deck is perfect for stargazing, sunbathing, or just enjoying a beautiful sunset with your family. Equipped with comfortable seating, the deck is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the island.
Outside in the private back yard enjoy the Florida sunshine while lounging by the private heated swimming pool and spa. The covered pool deck offers outdoor dining for 6, a gas grill, ping pong table and plenty of stylish chaise loungers. Whether you prefer to soak up the sun, take a dip in the pool, or relax in the spa, this outdoor space is perfect for everyone.

A note about “hot tubs” and “spas”
Please be aware that the advertised hot tub and/or spa is a section of pool that circulates water from the pool with relaxing jets and warm temperatures. This type of hot tub is powered by an electric heater and will usually reach temps in the high 90s, or more, depending on the outside air temperature. Spas do not run continuously and may not achieve the high temps of a standalone or commercial hot tub. Spas do not heat automatically when not in use. To activate the spa and begin the heating process you must turn it on with the control panel and wait 30-45 minutes for the maximum temperature to be reached. The spa will turn off automatically but you can push the button again to reactivate it. As with all pool and spa heat, at times when the ambient temperature drops too low (50’s and 60’s) the heaters will be unable to operate.
Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.
We do not accept reservations from any guests under the age of 25. The primary guest will be required to provide proof of age and must occupy the rental home for the duration of the reservation.
