This first-class beach getaway is appointed with four bedrooms, all designed with modern comfort and island living in mind. The primary bedroom offers a King bed with crisp white linens, French doors that open out to a balcony, and has an ensuite bathroom with contemporary tile throughout, a double vanity, soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The second, third, and fourth bedrooms are all styled with Queen beds and ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers and custom accent tile. In the bonus area are two twin bunk beds; making it ideal space for the young kiddos in your group. There is also a convenient laundry room with an all-new washer and dryer available for guest use. Visit the AMI Pier, The Island Shopping Center, Pine Avenue, Historic Bridge Street, and all the famous Gulf beaches. *Please note: 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home, 1 garage space and 2 in the driveway. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles. These premises are monitored by video surveillance in select exterior areas. Please note firepit is not for guest use. This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. Weight limit of 50lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. No dangerous breeds allowed. We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age.
