Beachview Retreat has been decorated with a coastal theme throughout the home. The main floor houses 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and comfortably sleeps 11 guests. On the top floor you will find the kitchen, living room, dining room, and a half bath. Take in the beautiful gulf views from the upper balcony while you enjoy a cocktail and enjoy the beautiful AMI sunsets. The property is easily accessible by all with an elevator that accesses all three levels of the property/ The open concept living area provides plenty of space for your entire group! Beachview Retreat offers an abundance of space to take in the beautiful Florida weather with large balconies on the main and upper floors. The ground level outdoor space includes a hot tub, outdoor dining with a TV, lounge seating, a ping pong table, and a propane grill. Easily walk or ride bikes to Pine Avenue for plenty of shopping and delicious eats! Enjoy use of the FREE Anna Maria Trolley with stops located within a 3 minute walk of your front door!
