The living room offers a large sectional sofa along with a Smart TV mounted on the wall, perfect for watching your favorite TV shows or sporting events. The den at the front of the house offers even more sitting space if you are just looking to kick back and relax. The kitchen comes with all the appliances you would need to make any meal you miss from home and is fully equipped for your stay.
The pool deck is completely screened in and has plenty of seating allowing guests to make the most of our year round sunshine. The pool deck offers an additional location to watch your favorite shows or sports team while hanging out in the pool.(please note pool heat has a nominal additional charge).
For your enjoyment when renting the property you receive access to the community tennis courts, basketball court, playground, and heated community pool. The primary bedroom suite is ideally located on the right side of the property and comes with a king sized bed, a mounted smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom. Two of the additional bedrooms come with queen-size beds and the last bedroom comes with a twin-sized bed and twin size trundle bed. All bedrooms come with a TV and there is additional sleeper sofa in the family room.
