Located on Anna Maria's coveted North End, this is walking distance to Bean Point & the Rod & Reel Pier.
Our elevated home features luxury living and dining spaces with panoramic views of the bay. The full kitchen is available to create a home cooked family favorite meal with plenty of room to serve eight at the dining room table plus an additional three at the kitchen counter. If you prefer to dine al fresco, the upper deck with a patio dining table for six is a great location to enjoy your meal while the island breezes welcome you to paradise. The living room is perfect for bringing the family together while watching a movie on the 65-inch Smart TV, playing a board game or working on a puzzle.
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom in addition to an upper level private deck and seating to enjoy the water views. Guests staying in this bedroom may also access the backyard and pool from a spiral staircase. The other two bedrooms in the main house also feature king sized beds, one with direct access to the covered breezeway in the front of the home and an en-suite bathroom which is also accessed from the hallway. The final king bedroom is located on the second floor and a hall bathroom is located nearby.
The guest house has a separate, private entrance and features a king size bed, full bathroom, sitting area with a desk and work area and full kitchen with gorgeous views of the bay from the entry porch. Each bedroom has a TV and includes crisp linens and plush towels from our professional linen company.
Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.
The sparkling zero entry pool and spa highlight the backyard with in pool loungers and a private outdoor shower with foot wash stations for an added bonus. The family will love relaxing poolside with a game of ping pong or corn hole. For further entertainment, the poolside rec room features a Foosball Table and TV.
A covered breezeway spans the length of the Main House with seating areas at the main entryway, and a picnic table at the opposite end. In the backyard, under the elevated deck is a patio lounge area.
This is easy walking distance to many shops and restaurants, and less than a block to the free island trolley, which travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches. The perfect location for your next beach vacation!
