This stunning 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation home enjoys an additional guest suite, has been beautifully restored and furnished. An open layout, brand new appliances, as well as the addition of a patio and grilling area will ensure your vacation is simply perfect. Located in a historic charming neighborhood that close to the Riverwalk of Bradenton that offers waterfront dining galore. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with state of the art stainless steel appliances, a farmhouse sink, gorgeous quartz counters and an island with breakfast bar stools. The dining room also enjoys ambient lighting from the chandelier that hangs over the circular wooden table to set the tone for an intimate meal and the living area is wonderful to stretch out and relax. Curl up on the plush sofa and stream your favorite shows directly from the flat panel smart TV. The 2 bedrooms are designed with pure comfort in mind with crisp premium bedding, flat panel tv’s, and brightened by natural sunlight. The master suite features a king bed with an ensuite bathroom that highlights dual sinks and a glass enclosed shower. Your second bedroom is set up with a twin over twin bunk w/ trundle and a guest bathroom accessed from the hallway is complete with a full soaking bathtub/shower combo. Your backyard oasis is just enchanting! Sit back on the Adirondack chairs with a glass of wine while you get the grill ready for steaks bought from the nearby butcher shop. The Casita is the guest home located on the same property with a private entrance to come and go. The casita offers additional space for your guests to sleep in peace with their own kitchen to utilize. Brand new appliances, 4 top table, a sofa that folds out into a queen sleeper and a bathroom with a glass walled shower is custom-built with a sleek design. Easy driving access to St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Sarasota, and Siesta Key are areas where you’ll discover more beautiful Gulf Beaches, art galleries, breweries, and upscale boutiques.
