As soon as you see the home, you will notice the covered outdoor pool area! This glass room features a long pool, table and chairs for eating outside, lounge chairs for laying back and reading a book, and pool games for the kids to keep them busy during the entire vacation. We love the lounge chairs for taking a midday nap and the covered ceiling that lets us swim here — even in the rain or cold weather!
Once you enter the living room, the clean vibe, modern aesthetic, and comfortable furnishings immediately stand out. As you enter the front door, you will notice the high ceilings, bright lights, cream colors, and neutral tones that make the space minimalist and feel even bigger than it already is! We love the airy and open-air vibe that is conducive to big groups.
If you want to sit down for a bit before you head back into the hot summer sunshine, lay back in one of the two cozy chairs and place your drink next to you on the chair-side table. You can also put your drinks, magazines, or appetizers on the wooden coffee table in the living room. Hangout, play cards, or watch a show on the smart TV with your pals before heading out on the town for dinner and drinks.
If you’re feeling a bit hungry now, head into the kitchen in just a few steps. We love the open floor plan and how easy it is to get between rooms — and the lack of walls makes this spacious home feel even brighter and bigger! Trying to figure out sleeping arrangements? The master bedroom is located in the back of the property with access to the pool and offers a king-size bed and the master bathroom. The additional two bedrooms are located on the right side of the property and share a full bathroom. The master bedroom and second bedroom come with smart TVs. Additional sleeping is offered on the sleeper sofa in the family room.

We also recommend going to Lakewood Ranch to participate in outdoor sports and get in some exercise during a warm day. Another cool spot that is so close to your home is Sarasota, a bustling and vibrant city that we love going to for nightlife and cultural events. For those who just need to do a few errands and pick up some items left at home, the Starbucks and Publix are just a few minutes away on foot!
During the days when you really don’t feel like leaving your house or going outside of the community, we recommend using the tennis court and challenging your guests to a friendly doubles match. Or you can use the basketball court and challenge your friends to a game of HORSE! For the less active, hang out in the heated community pool during a cold evening to bond with your neighbors. You can also bring your kids to the attached playground to see them whiz down the slides and climb on the monkey bars.
After a full day of exploring and taking part in activities, it might be time for an early turn in. Luckily for you, there are a few bedroom options for you and your guests to choose from. The master bedroom is at the back of the house and features a king-sized bed to spread out, master bathroom to wash the sand off your feet, and a Smart TV to watch your favorite show.
