The kitchen is massive and features sweeping granite countertops, a full suite of appliances, and a large kitchen island. The living room is charming and features a dark blue couch, two contrasting, yellow armchairs, and a flat-screen TV. The entire level is flooded with natural light from the large windows and sliding glass doors. The screened-in balcony on this floor is spacious and has outdoor couches and armchairs.
On the upper level of the home, there is a second living area with a massive sectional couch, TV, dining table, desk, foosball table, shuffleboard table, and dartboard. This space offers incredible views of the beach through wall-to-wall windows. There is also a wet bar on this floor.
