The moment you step foot into the atrium like screened-in pool lanai, you will know that you made the right decision staying at this house. Jump into the heated pool, find a comfortable seating spot in the lounge area to read a book, work on your perfect Florida tan while laying down on a sun lounger, or gather the family for an outdoor meal under a large umbrella - we recommend evenings and turning on all the different lights for a spectacular atmosphere.
Emerson Nature Preserve is only a 5 minute drive away, or 15 min by bike. Observe lots of wildlife including ospreys, hawks, pelicans, spoonbills and so much more. There are also many shaded trails and a lookout tower to see the Manatee River and the Skyway Bridge.
All bedrooms have smart TVs with streaming cable TV. Free wireless WiFi extending even to the pool area is of course available as well.
On entering the home, there is a large foyer with a baby grand piano. Two queen bedrooms at the front of the house share a bathroom with shower/tub combination.
The kitchen has granite countertops, double ovens, electric glass stove top, microwave, and is equipped with all utensils you need to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner. The kitchen opens onto the breakfast bar / high top dining area with overstuffed leather stools seating up to 8 people.
The third bedroom has two XL twin beds that comfortably sleep children as well as adults. The twin room also has access through a door to the master bedroom, making it the ideal setup for parents wanting to keep a close eye on children staying in their very own room. The master bedroom with 10' ceilings has a king size bed, en-suite bathroom with large glass walk-in shower, double vanity, and oversized sliding door closets. Double french doors lead from the master bedroom right to the enclosed pool area.
The spacious living room with lots of natural light and 10' ceilings has an oversized U shaped couch with chaise that seats up to 8 people and a large 70" smart TV, perfect for movie nights. An extendable dining table seating up to 8 people is also available.
A third non climate controlled bathroom with shower and toilet offers full size stacked washer and dryer.
