The home sleeps 10 adults and 1 child, for a total of 11 guests. A quick and friendly reminder that the top bunk bed should only be occupied by a child and never an adult.
Renovated in 2022, our Stuck on Vacation has everything you've been looking for. Located on an over half acre sized lot, which is rarely found so close to Anna Maria Island, the private backyard with an oversized pool, fire pit and beach volleyball court will leave long lasting memories for everyone.
The layout of the 4 bedrooms is ideal for privacy. On the right side of the home is the first master bedroom with a second bedroom just down the hall. The second master bedroom is located on the left front side of the home, the fourth bedroom with the bunk bed located on the left rear side of the home. In the center is a small media room, kitchen and dining room, as well as the main living room.
The first master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with a shower. Just down the hall is the second bedroom with two twin beds. Both rooms have a door each leading right outside to a covered deck and backyard. Across the hallways is a bathroom with shower/ tub combination. French doors lead into to the second master bedroom with a king size bed, TV, walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Finally the fourth bedroom can sleep up to 5 guests and offers two full size beds as well as a single top bunk bed.
The kitchen is fully stocked, offers plenty of countertop seating and a dining table for six is right across. The living room offers lots of comfortable seating as well as a large screen TV for movie nights. A separate smaller media/ living room is available at the front of the house, ideal for kids and parents to have their own space on occasion.
Two 2-seater kayaks, including life vests and pull carts are available to registered guests.
Parking for a 50' RV or boat trailer is available, including a 30 AMP service hookup. The closest boat ramp is approx. 3 minutes by car. Depending on availability and a nominal fee, you can dock your boat at Bradenton Beach Marina, approx. 15 minutes away.
