The home features three bedrooms and a den, three bathrooms, a screened-in private heated pool, putt-putt golf, water views and so much more to truly make your next vacation unforgettable.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, TV, and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms, both with TVs as well, have a queen bed and two twin-size beds, and share a hallway bathroom with a shower/ tub combination. The large den can be used as an office, but also offers sleeping arrangements for two more guests via a daybed and trundle below. Another en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower is available by the den room.
Large glass sliding doors by the living room bring in lots of light to the open floor plan design of the main living space. Kitchen, dining room, breakfast nook, and living room are all one big open space, and a separate second living room toward the front of the home is ideal to catch up on a book or get a break from everyone else.
A fully equipped kitchen with beautiful countertops, stainless steel appliances and so much more is perfect for all kinds of meals, and a gas BBQ is available outside for burgers, steaks, and catch of the day.
Make memorable moments for you, your friends, and your family. Rent a boat or kayak and dock them right behind the house on the floating dock, catch and release fish, play a few rounds of putt-putt golf, relax by the pool or go visit the beach.
