This home offers an open floor plan with a spacious living area, kitchen, and dining room. The living room features ample seating and a large flat-screen TV, and there is a sleeper sofa available. The high-end kitchen is well-equipped for all your cooking needs, including an eat-in kitchen island and a dining room table. The cottage has two ensuite king bedrooms and a third bedroom with two twin beds, accommodating up to 8 guests. The exterior of the cottage features a private pool and spa, along with a 278 sq ft. screened-in patio. The property is pet-friendly and located just 0.1 miles from bay access and 0.7 miles from beach access. During your stay, you can enjoy the amenities of the backyard, including the brand-new large saltwater pool with heating/cooling capabilities year-round. Take a stroll to the nearby beach, explore Pine Avenue for shopping and dining, and enjoy the views of the Bay and Sunshine Skyway from the Rod and Reel Pier. Please note that pool heaters are locked for safety and controlled by the pool company. The highest heat temperature setting is 86°F, which may not always be reached. The pool heaters will automatically shut down if outside temperatures get too cold. Weather conditions can affect the pool temperature, and outdoor spas require heat at an additional cost. In the event of pool equipment malfunction, repairs will be expedited as quickly as possible. Parking for three vehicles is available for guests.
