This is a newly renovated private duplex/cottage located just one block from one of the best beach access spots in Holmes Beach. Steps away from the legendary Beach Bistro, this cottage is in a prime central location. From here you can also walk to other island hot spots such as the Freckled Gin, Ugly Grouper, The Feast and more!
When you rent Blu Idyll Retreat you are renting both sides of this combined duplex for the ultimate family getaway. This adorable cottage is on trend with its thoughtful new decor. There is plenty of room for 6 people to stay on the main site of the property which features 2 bedrooms each with king beds. A bonus sunroom is attached to one of the bedrooms which makes the perfect place for kids to sleep and hang out. This bonus room is complete with 2 twin beds (trundle) and recliner chair and TV.
The smaller side of the duplex is a 450 square foot attached in-law suite. This site also provides a king bed plus a small, yet fully equipped, kitchen and full bath. In the shared backyard space, you will find 2 picnic tables and 2 gas grills. Relax under the glow of the string lights and dine al fresco or sip your cocktails on the tropical patio.
A short walk down the wooded path behind the cottage will lead you to the heated community pool. This pool also has the convenience of his and hers restrooms for when nature calls. There are also plenty of loungers and tables for your use by the pool.
