Enter the house through the 2-car garage into the fully stocked kitchen with dishes, stemware, and basic appliances. The kitchen features white cabinets, a large pantry, new tile floors, and stainless-steel appliances, with plenty of counter space for meal preparation.
The living room is comfortably furnished with a sofa and chairs. Enjoy Wi-Fi and Direct Streaming TV on the 46" Samsung. Sliders open to the enclosed patio, where you can dine at the table for 4. The optionally heated swimming pool is also enclosed, with a shaded sitting area featuring an outdoor loveseat, coffee table, and two chairs. Relax with a glass of wine and enjoy the fresh air.
The second bedroom has a queen bed with neutral beige and soft white decor. A large window lets in the morning sun, and wood tile floors keep your feet cool. The third bedroom has two twin beds that can be combined into a king bed, with an additional twin mattress available. Extra sheets are provided.
Pool heating is available for cooler months. Please inform us before arrival if you want to heat the pool, as an extra charge will apply to cover the heating cost.
