The main floor includes an abundance of space in the living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the items you may need to prepare and enjoy meals with your family and friends and overlooks the backyard and pool area. On the split level, just a few steps from the living room, you will discover the master bedroom complete with a king bed and an en-suite. The second floor is home to one bedroom with two king beds and an en-suite along with a wrap around porch to sit and enjoy your morning coffee!
You can relax around the pool underneath the private tropical landscaping, or even in the pool along side the waterfall. The pool is heated through the winter months to 85 degrees, and chilled in the summer months to ensure it does not climb over 90 degrees. With the picnic table and Weber grill, your family and friends can enjoy a warm Florida summer barbecue comfortably. In the garage, you will find our standard items including a balloon tire wagon, cooler, and beach chairs for each person in the home, as well as a beach umbrella for that Florida sunshine!
