Even Manatee Public Beach and Publix grocery stores are within a 5-minute bike ride. A free Island Trolley stop is just around the corner to help you get where you want to go without worrying about parking.
Back at the house, there are plenty of ways to relax and enjoy the beautiful Florida sun. The heated pool and spa are surrounded by a large paver patio with loungers, and a variety of seating options, including a 4-top fire table. Play a friendly game of putt-putt on the private putting green or pull out the cornhole set to enjoy some casual competition. If you're looking for a little peace and quiet, the side patio is the perfect place to get it. Surrounded by fishing decorations and lush landscaping, you can pull up a rocking chair and be at ease in no time. Beach chairs and any other items for guest use are stored in the small barn.
There is also a second living area, equipped with a TV lounge area and dining area; It's a fun place to hang out and play one of the board games provided.
Inside you'll find a unique blend of coastal chic in the finishes and rustic cottage in the exposed beams and ventilation. The living room is well-appointed with cozy furnishings and a mounted flat-screen TV. There are also two queen sleeper sofas, one in each living area, to allow for alternate sleeping arrangements. A galley-style kitchen with one wall open to the living room helps keep everyone a part of the group. Complete with stainless-steel appliances and plenty of storage and counter space, those that like to prepare meals won't be left wanting.
The bedrooms continue the design of the main living area. The master features a king bed with a TV and ensuite bath. The second bedroom has a king bed with a TV and ensuite bath. Finally, the third bedroom includes a full-size bed with a twin trundle and also includes a TV, and an ensuite bath. All linens are provided by our professional linen service.
