The spacious dining room features a long hand-tooled solid wood table for everyone to comfortably dine together, with a bonus corner desk for those working remotely and needing to stay connected via WiFi.
Make way down the hall to the 2 full bathrooms and bedrooms decorated with luxury bedding and designer nautical touches. The master bedroom features a king bed, ample storage, and flat screened T.V. The second bedroom boasts a queen bed, dresser, as well as a twin bed under the window for your afternoon siestas, and the third bedroom is perfectly styled with 2 twin trundle beds that sleep 4. Discover your tropical oasis out back where you can take a dip in your private, heated pool and enjoy those breezy nights of entertaining guests while getting the grill fired up. An outdoor shower located near the pool comes to great use to help remove that extra sand off your toes and beach gear. Supplied with four bikes to navigate the island, beach chairs to take to the sparkling sand, and an abundance of beach toys for guests happily use as desired.
Outdoor adventures await with the Gulf of Mexico and the Tampa Bay only being a 3 block walk in either direction. A free Island Trolley runs every 20-30 minutes, which can take you anywhere on the 7 mile island and is easily accessed along Pine Ave. Nature lovers will be amazed at the natural habitat of this island.
