The inviting pool has plenty of space to relax and enjoy the spectacular Florida weather including plenty of seating, a poolside "beach" with sand, a TV, and a shaded area to relax and enjoy. Right on the canal is a dock where you can fish or launch your kayaks. It is located close to open waters and the beaches of Anna Maria are only a few blocks away.
Inside, this home has so much to offer! On the main area, the living room has plenty of comfortable seating with beautiful furnishings in a coastal decor as well as a flat screen TV. The dining area seats 8 and is conveniently located right off the spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Also on the main level is a full size bathroom with a tub/shower combintation.
Upstairs, the first bedroom has a walk-out balcony, king bed, TV and ensuite bath. This updated bath has a tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a king bed and the third has a queen bed and both have TVs. The third full bath is located in the hall with a tub/shower combo.
If you ever decide to venture from your perfect vacation home, Anna Maria Island has lots of great shopping, dining and activities to tempt you - not to mention the most beautiful beaches on the Gulf! There is even a free trolley that will take you anywhere on the Island.
