This charming 3BR/2BA home is ideally located just 10 minutes from multiple beaches. Spend leisurely days on the screened lanai, complete with a private pool, gas grill, alfresco dining, and a flat-screen TV. You’ll find numerous restaurants, grocery stores, department stores, Starbucks, and other attractions within walking distance or a short drive. G.T. Brey recreational park is minutes away, offering playgrounds and plenty of promenade for walking or jogging. Additional perks include beach chairs and an umbrella. LIVING AREA The welcoming living area features comfortable seating with a large sectional and a cozy swivel chair, while a 70” smart TV sets the scene for movie nights. KITCHEN & DINING Prepare delicious meals in the sparkling kitchen, equipped with a full suite of appliances and a two-person bar. Extras include a blender and a toaster. When it’s time to dine, gather at the six-person table. There is also a twin-size sleeper sofa in the dining area. BED & BATH This single-level home sleeps six guests in three bedrooms. The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom features two twin-size beds and a desk. The second bathroom includes a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES The screened lanai surrounds an unheated pool (up to 5’ deep). Fire up the gas grill and dine alfresco on the patio. A flat-screen TV provides added entertainment. EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer. A Pack ‘n Play, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella are provided. Parking is available for two cars (one in the driveway and one in the garage). Additional street parking may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. THE LOCATION An array of beautiful beaches is located within a 10-minute drive. Enjoy a promenade walk by the beach where dolphins and rays swim regularly. Numerous local eateries and popular attractions are also a short drive away. Rent a boat for a fun-filled day on the water. Golfers will appreciate having multiple golf courses nearby. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. This rental is located on the first floor. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest’s stay. Please note: This home is in a noise-sensitive area, and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours.
