Beautifully updated 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom private Anna Maria Island vacation home with a heated pool and spa just a short walk to the white sandy beaches Anna Maria is famous for. The lower level offers a seating area with a flat screen TV. Guests can now enjoy the gaming area with access leading to the private pool, spa, outdoor shower, and dining/seating area. The fully equipped kitchen has quartz countertops, top of the line appliances, and a custom backsplash. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to make a quick snack or full course meal. There is a wrap-around balcony where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail. The bedrooms are located on the second level with the master suite on the right-hand side featuring a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, private balcony door, large walk-in closet, and spa-like en-suite bathroom. The guest bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the left-hand side of the home. The first guest bedroom is beautifully appointed and furnished with a queen-size bed and flat-screen TV, bedroom three features 2 twin beds and flat-screen TV while the fourth bedroom features a twin over full bunk with full trundle. This home also provides a full-size washer/dryer, gas BBQ, beach chairs, beach cart, and Wifi throughout. It is truly a vacationer dream home where you will want to return time and time again.
