The clear water and soft sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island are just across the bridge where beach parking and access is easily available.
This incredible home features two separate living spaces that are perfect for larger groups or multi-generational families traveling together. The first living space includes the primary bedroom, a kitchen, living area, and dining room. The second living space has a kitchenette, three bedrooms, and a Florida-style living room with entry from the patio or indoor stairs.
The primary kitchen is fully equipped with all you will need for dining and entertaining.
The first primary looks out to the lake creating a peaceful retreat and has private access to the patio and an exquisite ensuite bathroom with two vanities, a walk-in shower, and a spa-like tub. The second primary enjoys an updated ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. Up the interior stairs are the additional bedrooms.
