Upon entry you will find the open concept living area that features flat screen smart TV and plenty of seating to relax after a long day in the sun. Off the living room you will find the kitchen that is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare a full course meal or quick snack. The lower level has two bedrooms one of which features a king size bed, flat screen smart TV and ensuite bathroom and the other one features a queen size bed and flat screen smart TV. Upstairs you will find the game room where we are sure you and your family will enjoy everything this room has to offer. The game room features a Foosball Table, X-Box, Boards Games and Stand-up Arcade Console and flat screen TV. The second floor also features two bedrooms one that features a king size bed, flat screen smart TV and en-suite bathroom and the other features twin bunk beds. However, that’s not all this home has to offer, off the living room you will find a private back yard oasis that features a heated pool, dining area, sun loungers, gas grill and large Connect Four yard game. This home is also equipped with a full size washer and dryer, beach cart, beach chairs and Wifi throughout.
