Enjoy a relaxing day at Anna Maria Island Beach and visit Pine Avenue’s locally-owned boutiques and restaurants just a five-minute walk away. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, this rental accommodates up to six guests. Friends and family can gather in the living area for a movie night or a bored game. The fully equipped kitchen has plenty of storage space for all your cooking necessities. Guests can enjoy delicious homemade or the best Anna Maria Island take-out meals at the dining table. In addition to the inside dining, there is an outdoor dining area by the pool and grill, perfect for enjoying freshly caught seafood and the amazing island breeze.
The primary will make you feel like you never left the beach and has access to the patio, plenty of room for vacation outfits, and a tv. The second bedroom has patio access and tv. There are two bathrooms, each with modern touches and a walk-in shower.
Have a fun-filled day in your backyard oasis, swim in the gorgeous new pool, or bask in the sun on one of the lounge chairs. The patio has a BBQ grill to cook delicious island meals and an outdoor table. This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved before arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that an additional non-refundable pet fee will be charged upon approval by the owner.* Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. No dangerous breeds allowed.
We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
