This magnificent 4 bedroom Pool and Spa vacation home consists of 5000 sq ft of luxury space and offers a unique rental opportunity to enjoy everything the island has to offer! Enjoy being a short stroll to the world-renowned beautiful Gulf beaches of Anna Maria Island. Upon entering the home you will be awed by the soaring ceilings and open floor plan. The living room offers plenty of seating along with a large flat screen tv. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything needed to enjoy your favorite home-cooked meals. Enjoy eating at one of the many tables throughout the property. The main area has a dining room table as well as another one off the kitchen that allows sweeping views of the Bay. Through the double doors in the main area is a second section of the property. This area has a second living room and bathroom downstairs and overlooks the spa. When going up the stairs you have an additional loft area with a kitchenette and a wrap-around balcony that offers a perfect spot for your morning cup of coffee or getting some work done when needed! Walk right out your back door to go swimming in your private pool that is 20x45 and 9ft deep, with a diving board. The property also has a separate spa in an enclosed room. (Pool and spa is heated with propane and is an additional charge) When walking out to your private dock complete with benches, water, electricity, and 8000 Lb. boat lift. Go kayaking/paddle-boarding in the clear waters of TAMPA BAY.
