The kitchen in this condo is perfect for you and your guests to catch-up after a long day exploring the island and maybe even prepare your fresh-catch dinner! The kitchen offers all new stainless-steel appliances, including a dishwasher. It contains an island with seating for up to 4 people. There are plenty of cabinets and storage area to ensure you have the comforts of your own home. The living room offers an oversized couch (queen sleeper sofa!) to ensure you and your guests have the space to wind down. The flat screen TV and seating right off the living room allows everyone to catch up on the news or watch the big game together. Want the real Florida experience? Grab takeout from your favorite local restaurant and enjoy the views outside on the screened-in porch that overlooks the waterways. The outdoor seating area for 6 allows you and your guests to enjoy your favorite meals in the salty air of Anna Maria Island! Each bedroom contains a flat screen TV, a king bed, and its own attached full bathroom. The screened in porch areas off each bedroom offer guests a wonderful area to enjoy their cup of coffee in the morning. This condo also contains its own washer and dryer to make doing laundry during your stay a breeze! Step outside your condo and enjoy all the amenities that is complex has to offer.
