Our ground level, 2 bedroom condo is the perfect vacation home for your stay on AMI. With plenty of room to relax and enjoy all of the comforts of home, Coastal Calm has everything you need for your island visit. The master bedroom has a queen bed and en-suite master bath with a walk in shower. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and access to the hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
The fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to prepare meals for your family when you decide to dine in. Our dining table seats six and there is extra seating on the enclosed lanai, steps from the BBQ grill. Or skip the dining and head to Historic Bridge Street for your choice of restaurants.
Runaway Bay offers a true resort experience for your entire family. Your hardest vacation decision will be choosing how to spend your day; beach, tennis, huge pool, shuffleboard, fishing, kayaking? Pick one! Pick them all! We can't wait for you to enjoy Runaway Bay.
A parking pass will be left for you in the condo to use during your stay. The pass must be displayed at all times while your vehicle is parked at Runaway Bay.
Please leave the parking pass in the condo upon your departure. If missing, a $50 fee will be charged to the credit card on file..
Coastal Calm is a dog friendly property! If you have added a pet to your reservation under number of pets, the fee of $150 per dog, plus tax has been added to your reservation total.
