This recently renovated 1 bedroom, 2 bath condo is gorgeously decorated to immerse you in your own little beach retreat. It’s the perfect island getaway!
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials and stainless steel appliances to make a meal at home. There is dining seating for 4 at the dining table and 4 barstools at the large kitchen island. The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. Additionally, there is a pull-out sleeper sofa that sleeps 2 and a twin daybed and twin trundle. The second bath is off the living room with tub/shower combination.
This quaint space is located on the 1st floor of the building housing 5 private units, each with its own direct entrance. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and the building shares a gorgeous resort-style heated swimming pool with plenty of chairs, tables, and lounge chairs to enjoy a relaxing day at the pool. While you’re there mix drinks in the cabana or grill up some freshly caught fish from Rod and Reel Pier which is only a short bike ride away!
This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by the owner* Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. No dangerous breeds allowed.
We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
