This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo, which sleeps 8, has just recently been renovated top to bottom. Everything is beachy and gorgeously decorated!
This is one of two units on the 2nd floor featuring an open kitchen, dining, and living area. The home is fully equipped with brand new appliances, including a dishwasher and onsite washer and dryer. There are plenty of places to sit and socialize or simply relax. Eat in at the dining room table or at the kitchen island bar. The soothing master bedroom houses a comfortable king bed and private bath. The second bedroom has a king bed and sprawling closet with plenty of room for your latest vacation finds. The third bedroom or ‘bunk room’ has bunk beds with a spectacular barn door. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and the building shares a gorgeous resort-style heated swimming pool with plenty of chairs, tables, and lounge chairs to enjoy a relaxing day at the pool. While you’re there mix drinks in the cabana or grill up some freshly caught fish from Rod and Reel Pier which is only a bike ride away! There is also shared patio space on the ground floor of the complex in front of the building to relax and gaze out over Tampa Bay, Skyway Bridge, and AMI Pier. You and your family cannot imagine a more perfect spot to enjoy AMI like a true local in the heart of it all!
This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated.Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by the owner.* Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. No dangerous breeds allowed.
