One of only four boutique units located on the highly desirable North End of Anna Maria Island. Located West of Gulf Drive which means no main road to cross to the beach and just a few houses to our world class beach. This super delightful stand alone cottage enjoys 2 Bedrooms and one bathroom and is enjoys coastal comfortable, beachy furnishings and a full kitchen with Granite Counter Tops and Stainless Steel Appliances. A propane grill along with an outdoor dining area in the rear of the home will ensure you enjoy our year round weather. The complex shares a laundry room on the rear of the property and there is a flat screen TV in the living room. The front door enters into the spacious open concept living area, perfect for entertaining the family. The master bedroom has a queen bed and there are two twins in the guest bedroom. You will absolutely love the short stroll to the beach as well as the Island charm offered by the quaint four-plex.
