Presenting this adorable group of 4 accommodations s located on the POSH and much sought after, North End of Anna Maria Island. Located West of Gulf Drive and only a few houses back from the beach (NO MAIN ROAD TO CROSS!!!) This upper level cottage iboasts 2 Bedrooms and 1 Bathroom and is located at the rear of the property. Comfortable beachy furnishings with an open concept living area. This unit shares a propane grill along with an outdoor dining area on the side of house with the unit below. The complex shares a laundry room on the rear of the property. There is a TV with Cable in the living room. The master bedroom has a queen bed and there are two twins in the guest bedroom. You will absolutely love the short stroll to the beach as well as the Island charm offered by the quaint four-plex. PETS: Please note this property is NOT pet friendly. PARKING: 1 car maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles. "You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property." *Exceeding the noise ordinance could result in disciplinary actions including fines and/or termination of your rental agreement without refund.
