When renting our Island Resort you will have eight bedrooms and four bathrooms sleeping twenty two making this the ideal setting for family reunions, romantic beach weddings, corporate functions or just plain fun! These units can also be rented individually, so be sure to check out all 4 units, Amenities provided will make your Anna Maria Island vacation a pleasant one while you enjoy a weekend getaway, or an extended stay. This delightful island locale is situated conveniently across from the Manatee Public Beach and the Gulf of Mexico. Walk to the Cafe on the Beach, West Coast Surf Shop and the nearby Island Centre Shopping which serves all of your shopping needs including eateries, specialty shops and other island conveniences. You can hop on and off the free trolley all day everyday with trolley stops just across the street. Many Florida attractions, such as Busch Gardens, Mote Marine Lab and Disney World, are a short drive away. Adequate parking available for boats and trailers.
Our resort has a shared laundry room, heated pool, a 30 x 40 foot deck at poolside and a covered grilling area with a gas grill. It's a perfect spot to gather in the evenings after a lazy day at the beach. The possibilities are endless to make this a great getaway and you will want to come back for many years to come!
This is a seven night minimum required December through April, three night minimum May through November.
Parking is limited to eight vehicles.
