Unit 1 is located in the back of the duplex and offers an open floor plan. The living room features a large smart tv with all your streaming needs and a comfortable sitting area to relax after a day in the sun! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to make your favorite home-cooked meals. The living room does have a fireplace but it is just for looks and is not available for use.
The master bedroom offers a king-size bed and the living room offers a sleeper sofa sleeping a total of 4 guests.

Included at this property are bikes, beach chairs, a cooler, and a beach wagon for your convenience.

- There is a two-bedroom and 1 bath duplex right next door, that can be booked in conjunction with unit 1. With both properties, you will expand the entire property to a 3-bedroom and 2.5 bath tropical oasis for an extended family that will sleep up to 10. These two units do not connect on the inside.
