This beach compound s is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to your arrival. We pay special attention to high touch areas like remotes, light switches and doorknobs, etc... All bedding is professionally laundered and sanitized with fresh clean comforters or duvets.
Located in Holmes Beach, this gulf front tropical paradise features four well-appointed and comfortable one bedroom units. Each of the four units is fully equipped and tastefully furnished. All four units feature a private patio area and a charcoal grill for your use. The complex is surrounded by lush, native landscaping and decks. It even features a charming gazebo with adjoining fountain and old fashioned “porch” swings! Did we mention the beach? Walk out your door and you’re on a wide expanse of white sand with a back drop of azure blue water and white clouds. This is a frequent spot for dolphin watching!
Unit 1 is the Southwest unit directly facing the beach. The private covered patio is perfect for watching the sunsets, searching for shells or just sitting back to relax with a book after a day at the beach.
Unit 2 is the Northwest unit directly facing the beach. It features a covered patio directly on the beach.
Unit 3 is the Southeast unit. It features a covered patio overlooking the gazebo and fountain garden area. This unit also has a slight view of the beach.
Unit 4 is the Northeast unit. It features a covered patio overlooking the gazebo and fountain garden area.
What a perfect Holmes Beach location for your larger group or family reunion! This property will accommodate up to sixteen people.
