This charming vacation town home sits directly across from Manatee Beach and the Anna Maria Island Beach a mere 200 steps from the white sandy beach. This spacious 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhome is 2 levels with both bedrooms upstairs. On the main level, you'll find the fully equipped kitchen, dining, living room, a half bath and laundry. Upstairs has a king bed in the master bedroom with master bath. A queen bed & twin bunk bed in the second bedroom allows for plenty of space to sleep 6. There's an additional full bath upstairs. Put the kids to bed and enjoy the rest of the evening watching the sunset with a glass of wine on your choice of the covered open-air deck right off the master suite, or in the screened in lanai on the main level. These are both also lovely for enjoying your coffee and a book in the morning! The complex has community pool set in delightful grounds.
