This is a 10 unit building with a new heat pump, shared pool.
Enjoy many activities on your visit; swimming, snorkeling, beautiful sunsets, fishing, boating, sunset dining, picnicking, shopping, watching wildlife, golfing, bicycling, tennis, and more. Easily explore, taking advantage of the free trolley. There are convenient stops the length of the island.
Anna Maria Island is a tropical barrier island seven and one half miles long. Its fine white sugar sand beaches are open to the public with convenient accesses along the entire island. It is one of the finest beaches in the United States. Unlike some tourist areas of Florida that are typified by endless rows of high rise apartment buildings and hotels, Anna Maria is an island of homes and small resorts.
You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
Condo Community Rules:
Our community is smoke free. Smoking, tobacco use of any kind, and vaping are not allowed in the units, porches and common areas.
Quiet hours are 10PM to 9AM. Tenants should observe the posted pool hours. Night swimming is prohibited.
Each unit is permitted to park one car on the shelled lot. In addition, there is no perpendicular parking to the east side of the building (the side with the unit main entry doors).
Tenants must abide by the four-person occupancy limit per rental unit, and guests of these tenants should be limited and closely monitored. Tenant use of the pool is limited to four persons per unit, tenant/guest groups greater than four persons are welcome to enjoy our private beach and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Guests may park at the north end of the
building only. No tenant may charge a golf cart on IBC property. No golf carts are to be parked on the IBC
lot.
Tenants and guests are not permitted to bring pets of any kind onto the IBC property.
There is one grill available in the IBC common area for tenants' use. The grill may not be moved, and tenants must clean the grill after use and be certain to turn off the gas. No tenant or guest may use their own grill on IBC property.
