As a top-level, corner unit of a small condominium complex on Holmes Beach,this unit is a premier rental that stands just feet away from the Gulf of Mexico. Its sizable interior and perfect location make this a favorite among beach lovers!
When you arrive, you’ll notice the modern exterior of the condominium complex and the massive palm trees in the front yard. When you walk into this condo, you’ll be amazed by the huge, open-concept common space that features the kitchen, dining room, and living area. The kitchen is a cook’s dream! It has sweeping granite countertops, a full suite of stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar with seating for five. The dining room is elegant and has a dining table with room for eight. The living room is expansive and features a couch, matching loveseat, two extra armchairs, and a flat-screen TV. The entire room is bathed in natural sunlight from its several windows and wall-to-wall sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony. The balcony is likely where you’ll spend a lot of time as there is an outdoor table and seating that overlook the teal-blue waters of the Gulf.

Exterior
The condo faces West, sitting directly on the Gulf of Mexico and beach. There is a heated pool and the complex is gated for maximum privacy. It is a small complex with only 5 units total. This unit is the largest of them all and is the top floor, north corner unit. This unit has private stairs that lead from the main balcony right down to the beach on the backside of the complex.
There is private covered parking underneath the complex along with an elevator. There is a charcoal grill for community use. You are a short distance to the Publix shopping plaza which also has restaurants and a Walgreens pharmacy.
You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
2 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.
