This is a two bedroom, one bath Gulf front unit that will sleep six. The beach stretches for miles in either direction! This unit has an updated kitchen and flooring. It is an affordably priced and comfortably furnished, upper level condo directly on the Gulf of Mexico. There is a 40" flat screen television in the living room. as well as 31" flat screen televisions in both bedrooms. Relax on the sugar sand beaches and cool off in the emerald green waters. This complex is conveniently located within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Enjoy the sunsets over the beach from the open porch. This unit sleeps six with a queen size bed, two twin beds and a sofa bed in the living room. A wonderful Bradenton Beach vacation rental and you'll love it! This is a one week minimum rental The electrical usage of electrical vehicles is reserved only for maintenance personnel. There is currently a level 2 charging station at the Beach House. No extension cords permitted. Parking is limited to one vehicle. Not pet friendly
