This renovated vacation condo features all the amenities to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. It has a screened lanai off of the bedroom and an open lanai facing the beach. There is a 32” television in the living room; a 19” television in the main bedroom and a 19” television in the guest bedroom. Both bedrooms also feature DVD players. Wireless high speed internet with expanded cable and free domestic long distance service is provided as well. The unit offers a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. The living area is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. There is even an electric fireplace in the living room for cooler nights. The owners do have a supply of beach chairs and umbrellas for your use. This unit sleeps four with a king and queen size beds. Parking is limited to two vehicles.
