This is a great Holmes beach vacation condo that overlooks the waterway and is available at a great rate. Bay side of the Island and a very sought-after neighborhood to escape the cold North! This is a lovely upstairs, 2-bedroom property with a canal view and with access to a heated pool, hot tub, and tennis/pickelball courts. Enjoy the open floor plan with updated kitchen and a dining table that sits six. Sit on the large enclosed lanai overlooking the canal and tennis courts. This is the perfect location for enjoying the entire Island and all it has to offer - a comfortable condominium only two blocks away from shopping and restaurants and very close to the Holmes Beach Public Library. The free Trolley is only a short stroll away to discover the rest of the Island. If you like to get active, pick up your racquet for a friendly game of tennis or pickelball. For use throughout your stay, you may use up to two unassigned parking spaces throughout the complex.
