Welcome to this beautifully remodeled and furnished two-bedroom, two-bathroom duplex with its own private heated pool. Just a short stroll to Holmes Beach shopping and restaurant area, tennis courts, boat ramp, pickleball courts, and dog park. Guests will love the well-equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing gourmet meals or cooking outdoors on the gas grill. The spacious living area offers plenty of seating for family and friends to enjoy a movie on the flat-panel HDTV. The breakfast island seats four. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest room has a queen-size bed, flat-screen TV, and ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Washer and dryer are available on the property. The house accommodates up to four people.

Relax in the pool after a day at the beach. Enjoy outdoor dining under a covered patio area and use the gas grill for a great dinner. The pool heat is available for a fee per week. Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and monitored by the pool company. 86°F is the highest heat setting, which might not always be reached. Cold weather can affect the pool temperature, and pool heaters will shut down if outside temperatures get too cold. We take every precaution to ensure pools are heated as specified, but weather conditions may affect the temperature. In the event of pool equipment malfunction during your stay, we will address it promptly.
Enjoy the common park area behind the house, accessible through the gate at the rear of the pool. Beach items such as chairs, a cart, and an umbrella are provided. There are two parking spaces reserved for guests.
Please remember you are vacationing in a residential area. Be a good neighbor by keeping noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive noise can disturb neighbors’ peaceful enjoyment of their property.
