This lovely 2 bedroom/2 bathroom Anna Maria Island vacation condo is centrally located and mere only steps from the sparkling gulf waters and white sandy beaches. There is plenty of natural lighting with the large windows in the living room, a screened-in cozy balcony along a fully-equipped kitchen with an eat-in breakfast nook that overlooks the heated pool which is clean and comfortable, making it the perfect place for a restful vacation.
Amenities include a swimming pool, grilling area with picnic tables, and a huge rooftop terrace to watch the sunset. The owners have a beach cart on the ground level so you can take all your items onto the beach with ease.
The building is boutique and private with only four condos in the entire building. (wow). Flooded with natural light and an open and spacious feel, the living room/TV room is beautifully decorated with a coastal feel and has sliding doors to the glass-enclosed balcony. Enjoy WiFi throughout the unit. Right off the kitchen is a large dining table. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you will need and there is a full-size washer and dryer in the unit.
