Enjoy views of the bay, Grassy Point Bayou, and the surrounding mangroves from this condo's extensive screened-in balcony (as well as an extra furnished balcony accessible from the main bedroom). You'll be comfortable thanks to a newly installed central air conditioning system, as well as ceiling fans in each bedroom. A desk workspace in the main bedroom is all set up for guests who need to finish up remote work before heading to the beach. Store everything you need in the private garage, which also includes a storage closet. The private washer/dryer will take care of all your sandy towels so you can relax. Guests can also enjoy access to the shared heated pool, in addition to being just a short walk from Holmes Beach!

Manatee Public Beach, Anna Maria Public Beach, Cortez Beach, and Coquina Beach are all within four miles, so it's easy to see a new side to the ocean every day of your trip. If you want to get out on the water, rent a boat (or take a tour!) with Egmont Key Adventures, based just under two miles away. Take a break from the beach with something fishy at The Ugly Grouper or something savory at Smoqehouse, both within two miles of the condo.
