This is a ground level one bedroom, one bath triplex located in Bradenton Beach. Just one house from the bay, enjoy bay views just off the living room or take a short stroll to the beautiful Gulf beaches. Nestled near the base of Cortez bridge, walk right over to Historic Bridge street with plenty of shopping, fishing, parasailing and great restaurants just blocks away. You may not even need a car with a free trolley available to explore the entire Island. Enjoy a quaint, open floor plan with a queen size bed and pull out sofa in the living room. There is a brand new washer and dryer shared between these two units. This unit is pet friendly. Parking is limited to two cars. Television operates on a streaming service only (no local cable service is provided).
