Inside the condo, you’ll first walk into a massive common area that is flooded with natural light from its numerous windows and large sliding glass doors. The vaulted ceilings make the space feel even bigger and more open. The kitchen is huge and offers granite countertops, a full suite of appliances, and a breakfast bar for three. The dining room, which has large sliding glass doors in it, has stunning views of the beach. The large wooden table seats at least six people. The living room is spacious and features two couches, a lounge chair, extra seating, and a flat-screen TV. There is also access to the balcony in this room through the wall-to-wall sliding glass doors. The balcony is likely where you’ll spend your early mornings and late evenings watching the iconic Florida sunrises and sunsets. This balcony has a full-sized outdoor dining set and incredible views of the Gulf. Additionally, this unit is close to lots of local shops and restaurants and near a drawbridge that takes you back into Sarasota. This is simply a lovely home-away-from-home that offers irresistible amenities – like immediate beach access! You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. This property requires a 7-night minimum stay as set forth by Holmes Beach’s Land Development Code. Occupancy may not exceed 8. Please note: 1 car assigned parking maximum can park at this condo.
