Welcome to your Anna Maria Island vacation! You will enjoy your time at this beautiful three-bedroom condo located steps from sugar sand beaches as well as many dining, activity, and shopping opportunities.
Walk into a comfortable seating area in the living area with a large mounted SMART TV to enjoy. It opens to the fully equipped kitchen and a large snack bar area with seating for 5 right at the counter. The dining area has a large table that seats six with a lovely view of the screened-in lanai. Walk right out and enjoy al fresco meals on the table on this lanai.
The primary bedroom has a full ensuite bath with a walk-in shower, a king bed with mounted TV, and a large walk-in closet. You can also enjoy the door out to the private balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bedroom, TV, and access to a small balcony. The full hall bathroom has a walk-in shower and access from both the hall and the second bedroom. The third bedroom has twin beds and also has access to the balcony.
You will enjoy the beautiful pool set in a tropical landscaped area by the condo that has room to enjoy your time outside. There is a large patio area with a charcoal grill.
When you are ready to venture out, it is only steps to the beautiful sands of Anna Maria. There are lots of amazing dining and shopping opportunities very close and a free Island trolley that will take you anywhere on the Island.
A NOTE ABOUT POOL HEAT: If you book online, your reservation will automatically populate with a pool heat charge for one week. If your reservation is for a longer period, someone on our staff will adjust the pool heat rate to reflect the longer stay. We recommend pool heat at this property, regardless of the time of year, as pools near shady trees stay cooler, even in the summer.

3. Per City of Holmes Beach ordinances, we are required to tell you the minimum stay requirement for this property is one week.
Our Cancellation Policy: To protect our owners from loss of income, ALL MONIES PAID TOWARDS YOUR RESERVATION ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! We may, however, be able to give you a partial refund under certain conditions. These guidelines apply to most cancellations: If we’re able to rebook the property for the same dates and at the same rate, we will refund all monies paid to you, except for condo application fees, reservation fees, and travel insurance premiums. A $150 cancellation fee may also apply. If we’re able to rebook the property for the same dates but at a lower rate, we’ll refund only the amount paid by the new guest, except for condo application fees, reservation fees, and travel insurance premiums. A $150 cancellation fee may apply. If we’re able to rebook the property for a portion of the same dates, we’ll refund only the amount paid by the new guest for those dates coinciding with your dates, except for condo application fees, reservation fees, and travel insurance premiums.
