You’ll enjoy an amazing Anna Maria Island vacation when you visit the brand new gulf front condominium in Holmes Beach! This four bedroom three and a half bathroom condo spaciously accommodates up to eight guests with beach style luxury. Everything you expect from a relaxing stay can be found at this Anna Maria Island vacation rental condominium. If you’ve never experienced Gulf of Mexico beaches you are in for a real treat. Enjoy powder white sand, crisp blue water, gorgeous sunsets and great beach combing all waiting right outside your door! If you visit in the winter months, enjoy the community, electric heated pool with waterwall and gas heated spa. Also there for your enjoyment is the custom poolside kitchen with 2 grills, 2 undercabinet fridges and community TV. Also in the common area by the pool is a ping pong table to play a match or two. Beach Wagon with (4) beach chairs provided along with pool side lockable storage as well as rare enclosed garage. Pool heaters are only turned on October 1st to April 30th each year. When you are ready to explore Anna Maria Island activities hop on the southbound trolley stop on Gulf Drive one block from the Buena Vista community. Three parking spaces are available, so leave your car and trolley hop almost the entire length of Anna Maria Island for shopping, dining and sightseeing. Very quiet beach location next door to Beach Bistro! Back at your Holmes Beach vacation rental Buena Vista, find your Island style haven. In the beautiful living room find plenty of comfortable seating, wireless internet, 70" smart television with HBO and Showtime, and great natural lighting through the large windows and sliding glass doors leading to the covered balcony. You’ll love spending time lounging on the balcony watching the gulf sunsets with panoramic views. This third floor condominium does have an elevator! The kitchen and dining areas are very accommodating. In the kitchen find all the basics including a dishwasher, stainless appliances, induction stovetop, coffee maker, and gorgeous custom counters and cabinetry as well as a double door wine fridge as well. The dining room offers a more formal dining area with ten seats, or find seating for four at the breakfast counter. The bedrooms are very comfortable with each room offering premium hotel quality linens and smart televisions with HBO and showtime. There are two master suites that have a king bed, and gorgeous master baths. The third bedroom is comfortably appointed, and also offers a kings bed. The fourth bedroom is perfect for your little ones with a set of twins. Two additional guests can sleep in the living room area on the king sleeper sofa. All three full bathrooms offer walk-in showers, and there is an additional half bath in the main living space for guests. (Sleeps 8) with (4) bedrooms (3.5) bathrooms: 3 king beds, 2 twins beds and king sleeper sofa. Located direct gulf front, heated pool/spa, water feature, open covered balcony with view.
