The home is very well appointed, with 4 king-size bedrooms, en-suite bathrooms, large comfortable seating inside and out, and the great room concept conducive to making lasting family memories! The newly added fourth bedroom is a unique accommodation, in that it has a separate entrance and its own living space while providing unrivaled views and proximity to the ocean.
It’s no coincidence that just next door to beach house sits the villa!. Villa and beach house can be rented together, for the ultimate multigenerational family reunion, small wedding, anniversary, or any other reason you can think of to celebrate life! The two homes together sleep 22 guests, and with both homes you will be in heaven with the kids running between the homes on the beach, jumping in the pools, playing on the playground or in the kids Xbox lounge in the evenings…the beach can be lit up from both properties allowing you to maximize your beach time! Our staff will assist with arranging meals for the whole group at either home, chairs, and tables can be arranged on the beach, patio, or inside either home at your request.
