Parking: 2 cars max. No street parking, passenger vans, RVs and trailers.
No parking in such a way that any portion of the car extends over the sidewalk.
City Mandated “quiet time” from 10 pm to 9 am.
Outdoor facilities including pools, patio, Hot Tub, are off-limits during these times.
