This twelve (12) bedroom and fourteen (14) bathroom vacation home offers a pool and beachfront setting like no other. This home has it all including Private & Community Pools. Elevator. There is an additional home next door that when both reserved can provide an amazing 24 bedrooms. This 12 bedroom family-friendly luxury beach home located directly on the beach in an exclusive, gated community with zero-entry pools. Elevator. Community firepit. The perfect vacation home for large groups, or small ones that like lots of space!There are 3 beach side living rooms, one on each floor, with strategically placed wet bars with mini-fridges and stand-alone ice-makers in the second and third floor living rooms so you can save yourself the trip down the stairs (or elevator!). Each floor also has its own washer and dryer! Sit in your living room, watch your kids play in the pool outside, how cool is that!? Or enjoy that beverage overlooking the gulf! And if 12 bedrooms is just a little too big for we have another 10 bedroom home right next door, so if you want to sleep up to 88, well, that’d do it! Or over 115 in all 3 sisters beach villas. Pools can be heated to a maximum of 82' (the high side of recommended rec pool temps) to take the chill off! This service is by request in advance with a per night surcharge for length of stay (gas is expensive right now, this does not actually recoup the cost!). Fee subject to change due to incredibly high gas rates right now. Any online quote will show the optional fee and its current pricing. You may also add it after booking by simply requesting the pool be heated any time after making the reservation and at least a few days before check in so we can get it on before you arrive.
